By accessing and using this reservation software platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

This Service provides a reservation management platform that allows businesses to manage bookings, customers, and appointments. The Service includes features such as calendar management, customer management, payment processing, and SMS notifications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Reservations

When you make a reservation through this Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the business.

4.2 Payment

Payment processing is handled through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your reservation. All payments are processed securely and in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each individual business using this platform. Please refer to the specific business's cancellation policy, which may be displayed during the booking process or communicated separately. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the business's policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

4.4 Pay on arrival

When a business offers pay-on-arrival booking, your card may be saved securely with our payment processor for charging when you arrive. We do not place an authorization hold on your card for those bookings.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your reservations, including confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Resbit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
